YapSpan is operated by Bitsof, LLC. By creating an account or using the YapSpan app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use YapSpan.

Not medical advice

YapSpan is a wellness and entertainment product. Its estimates, including biological age, life expectancy, and likely causes of death, are statistical reflections of lifestyle research applied to your quiz answers. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prediction of any individual outcome. Never rely on YapSpan for medical decisions, and always consult a qualified health professional about medical concerns. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use YapSpan, and old enough to consent to these terms in your country.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, which permanently removes your data from our servers.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Don't use the AI coach to generate harmful or unlawful content.
• Don't misrepresent YapSpan output as medical fact.

AI content

Coach replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are provided as general wellness information, not professional advice of any kind.

Pricing

YapSpan is currently free to use. Usage of some features, such as the AI coach, may be subject to fair-use limits. If paid features are introduced in the future, their terms will be presented before purchase.

Intellectual property

YapSpan, its design, models, and content are owned by Bitsof, LLC. You keep ownership of the content you submit; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimer and liability

YapSpan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitsof, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for a free app).

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
